The night begins with an intimate cocktail hour featuring premium wines and bubbles from B. Wise Vineyards, Gloria Ferrer Winery, and Layne Family Wines, followed by a live, behind-the-scenes film studio session with legendary chef Martin Yan and Feast it Forward Founder Katie Hamilton Shaffer.

Guests will enjoy light bites and a signature dish prepared by Chef Yan himself as Feast.Network captures this special moment on camera—blending food, film, and conversation in a uniquely immersive setting.

This event marks the soft opening of our Chef Residency series, kicking off an exciting new chapter with Chef Yan and honoring the spirit of Lunar New Year through community, tradition, and shared experience.
