A fresh mix of flounder, jicama, avocado, red onion and citrus juices, with fresh cilantro and jalapeños. Accompanied with fresh house made tortilla chips
Course 2: Empanadas

Empanadas are a classic Spanish street food, filled with seasonal, savory or sweet ingredients. Empanada is made with Mushroom and Goat cheese. (2 per person)
Main Course: Paella:

Salad - A crunchy mix of chopped romaine, watermelon radish, fresh carrots, pickled red onions tossed with a light Dijon mustard vinaigrette.
Paella:
House made Spanish Chorizo, Fresco pork Sausage, Chicken, Clams, PEI Mussels, ZuZu Gardens Veggies with Spanish Bomba Rice, Pimenton del la Verda and Saffron Saffritto; ZuZu Paella is our California version of Spain's most iconic dish.
